The JAS is a program of the Intellectual Disability Rights Service (IDRS). IDRS provides free services for people with cognitive impairment across NSW providing help with legal problems. We work alongside people with cognitive impairment to promote and protect their rights. 

Volunteers provide much needed support to JAS clients at court and police stations. Volunteers must be flexible and have availability 9am - 4pm during week days. No experience of the justice system necessary, volunteers receive comprehensive training and support.

120 countdown program is a program coordinated by Uniting that assists young learner drivers who are facing significant barriers to gaining the mandatory 120 hours of driving hours before applying for their provisional drivers licence.

The 120 program matches learner drivers with fully licenced volunteer mentors who can provide driving practice and youth mentoring in a fully maintained Uniting vehicle until they accumulate 120 hours of driving experience.
