Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre is owned by our members – that is people in Dubbo who want to demonstrate their care, concern and support for those people amongst us who are less able to speak out for themselves and to ensure they remain connected and are able to participate and interact in a meaningful way in our community. You are invited to help us support a stronger Dubbo Community.

- Members can contribute to the objectives of the organisation
- Members can nominate and vote their representatives onto the Management Board at the Annual General Meeting
