SecondBite
Connecting Community Services is a SecondBite partner, SecondBite exists to make sure that good food is getting to people who need it most, rather than to landfill, by ending waste and ending hunger. Thanks to the SecondBite program and Coles for their weekly food donations.
- Food: Food items available normally include bread, fruit & vegetables however products will vary from week to week.
- Cost: Free for people in need.
- When: Available most Mondays and Wednesdays 1-3pm or until runs out.
- Where: Call into our centre at 31-33 Church St Dubbo and help yourself to food you need on the signed display trolley or ask our staff for assistance. Please note food supplies vary each week and are limited.
Low-cost Food Pantry
Our low-cost food pantry stocks non-perishable food pantry items, come in and see what is available - open 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am - 12.30pm.
Other food support for those in need
From time to time our service joins forces with other organisations and local supplies to bring food to people in need, we are proud to partner with FoodBank and StreetSmart.
