Before and After School Care Fees
There is a charge for each child attending the care session and the service can be used on a routine/permanent or casual basis. Current rates are shown in the table below.

| Casual care late notification of cancellation charge. | If you cancel a casual care booking with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to notify that your child will be absent, you will be charged the full session fee. | |||
| Vacation care change of booking fee | Bookings for vacation care need to be made separately for each vacation care period. Any changes to vacation care booking dates will incur a $20 fee (per family) each time a booking change is requested in any one vacation care period. | |||
| Late collection / pick up fee (after 6pm) | $15 per 15 minutes (minimum charge of $15). Applied after 6pm for all services. | |||
| Location fee / Failure to notify of absence fee (ASC only) | $15 per occurrence if you fail to notify the service that your child will be absent and phone calls need to be made to locate your child. | |||

Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre is an approved Outside of School Hours Care Service. Childcare subsidy is available through the Families Assistance Office (Centrelink) for families that meet the criteria. To claim the subsidy, families must agree to the 'Complying Written Arrangement' through our software provider Xplor, and complete the activity test and confirm your child's enrolment through MyGov.
Xplor Home
Xplor Home is our software provider and digital platform. Upon enrolment (see below) Xplor will send you an email for setting up your login details. Xplor Home is a free app that can be downloaded onto your phone for convenient access to accounts, attendance and bookings.
Register Your Interest
Click on the below link to register your intention to enrol your child. You will then be emailed a link to complete the digital enrolment form for each child you wish to enrol. If enrolling more than one child please be careful to enter your parent/carer details (name, DOB, email, phone and address) exactly the same so the system does not make a duplicate. Only enter one parent/carer at this stage, this will be the 'primary carer' who will be the account holder and connected for the child care subsidy (where applicable). You will be emailed the full Enrolment Form within 2 business days, if you require it more immediately, please phone our office.

Enrolment
All children must be enrolled with the Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre before they can attend. All information in the enrolment form must be provided before the enrolment is completed. Parents must inform our service of any changes to enrolment information.
Before enrolling, please read the Outside School Hours Care Family Handbook (under Downloads heading below).
